Day sail from Mengeham to Portsmouth

A sea rally suitable for the intermediate sailor. Sail out of Chichester Harbour, along Hayling Seafront and into Portsmouth Harbour, stopping at the Portsmouth Sailing Club for refreshments. Sail past any Navy Warships that happen to be in Port. Outboards mandatory. Plan B is to sail inside Chichester Harbour. (Similar event on 5th Sept)
