Five National Circuit events have now been sailed with 95 entries in total. Bill Whitney, crewed by either Lisa or John Shelton, still lead with a total of 7 points ( 3,2,2 ), having not competed in the Westerns. Four points adrift are Brian Lamb and Sam Pygall ( 4,4,3 ) who sailed at Parkstone but whose sixth place failed to improve their position! Joining Mike Mac and Simon as ominous contenders are Andrew and Tom Wilson and Tony Cooper crewed at Parkstone by Derek Lambert, first and second respectively in the Westerns. Defending holders, Martin and Donna Rouse-Collen scored a third and with three inland events to come need watching. It is also worth noting that two of the first three at Poole were woodies both of which won a race!
