Greetings my new friends,
I’m Berni, living outside of Bordeaux. I ain’t 30 years old yet, but I expect that to change.
So, what kind of sailor am I?
Let me put it this way.
For me sailboats are tools, designed to allow me to experience the wonders of mother nature. I don’t buy a pair shoes so that I may stare at them admiringly while I walk, nor to enjoy the envy of others. I appreciate beautiful things just as much as the next person, but it’s important that I own my toys, and not the other way around.
After serious study, I decided that this is the right class for me because I like quality tools that are useful all the time, anywhere. Even the ugliest wayfarers I’ve seen still look gorgeous to me, like all good tools.
I don’t have a boat yet. I know she’ll be ugly, but I can’t wait to meet her.
Hi Bernard from Bordeaux
Have you finally found your (ugly) pearl?
Jérôme from Paris!
