The 4th race on the National Circuit takes place at Upper Thames Sailing Club, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire on Saturday and Sunday, September 27th and 28th. A full programme of racing and an evening social is being planned. Is anyone interested in coming and trying out some river sailing?
