Are you a Wayfarer sailor who may not – yet – be a UKWA member, but may be interested in joining?
We pride ourselves on being a very friendly class association and obviously, are always delighted to welcome new members.

    • Receiving your own copy of our full colour magazine, Wayfarer News.
    • Able to join in our racing, cruising and training events: Including our annual Cruising Conference, Cruising rallies, race training and National race-circuit. Our National Champion is invited to compete in the annual Endeavour Trophy along with national champions from other classes.

    • Take advantage of our class insurance scheme with Craftinsure

    • Hire one of our new boat tents for cruising – the new-design tents, available for the first time last year, are proving extremely popular. To avoid disappointment, please book early – see booking form on our website

    • Be able to share the vast amount of knowledge and experience many of our long standing members have, and are only too pleased to share it with newer members to the class.

    • Register and access the members’ only section of our website, with additional information, our extensive cruising log library and members’ forum etc.

    • Members can, on registering for the members’ only section of our website, sign up for our forthcoming, new, additional eNews letters which will be sent out on an ad hoc basis to those who have signed up for them, on racing, cruising and / or general matters. Sign up – to not miss out!

Registered members can add their own adverts for any Wayfarer items wanted/for sale. These adverts are included on both our website and in Wayfarer News.

    • Class clothing from Ocean World

    • Discounted price for the Wayfarer Book and other items for sale from the Secretary. See our on-line shop, on our website for additional items for sale

    • Application forms are available on our website or from the Secretary:

You don’t have to own a Wayfarer to be a member, and many people choose to join while looking for a boat so that they can take advantage of membership, especially our magazine and website, in the meantime.

Information packs can be sent to anyone who may be interested in joining, which will include our colour brochure, application form, general information on Wayfarers and the UKWA, a back copy of Wayfarer News and a Craftinsure leaflet. Please email for one.
