I have original wooden spars on #506 and after a burst of restorative energy last year (a full hull and internal repaint), have finally 🙄 got around to preparing her to go sailing this year. However, I can’t remember how the previous owner said that the outhaul was meant to be rigged. I can put something together that will do for light wind which is all I will be doing but I’d like to know what it *should* look like. Basically there is a single horizontal hole through the end of the boom but no other obvious outhaul attachment, apart from the swinging main sheet bracket.
Anyone got any photos on what it should look like? i.e. originally. Nothing on WIT or in the manual pdfs seems clear enough.
