    Hi all,

    I am trying to pick the brains of anyone that has details of a reasonable launching site Southend Essex way. I am not too bothered whereabouts, I just want to get the old girl in the water.

    I have not used the area around Southend much, but as a useful (if somewhat out of date) guide, you could look on boat launch http://www.boatlaunch.co.uk.

    Hopefully members with more relevant local experience can provide some specific launch points that you might consider.

    Hope you get the boat on the water soon.
