I can’t seem to find in my copy of the rules the correct thickness for the deck ply, nor the hull, though that is not so important. Can anyone enlighten me, please? I have a Mk 1 woodie.

The details of materials and their dimensions used in the building of wooden boats is found in Ian Proctor’s Specification for building wooden boats. The thickness of ply for each of the decks is 6mm and the planking of the bottom boards of the hull is 8 or 9mm.

    I hope that this helps.
