    This may be old news to many, but I have downloaded a free almanac from

    Sad to report Wiley are no longer operating this almanac. I found it useful for free advance tide planning. A company linked to Wiley, (see http://www.zoboa.com) are working on something similar. Whether it will be free remains to be seen.

    The application was really just a front end to a web based application, so it ceased to work once the site ceased to be hosted.
