bulders number to boat number

hi

does anyone know how to convert RMS 131031176 to an actual wayfarer boat number ?

the boat yard RMS refers to has gone out of buisnes as far as i can see

the hull number is far too high actuary to be anything other than a builders own reference number

have looked but can’t find a reference to match up the above with a proper wayfarer number
