Hi All. Can anyone give some guideline parameters for what to buy? IE. hp, shaft length, make etc

Hi Patrick,
A 2.3 HP (Honda) and a 2.5 HP (Suzuki) will be OK.I have had a 2.5 hp Suzuki with a short shaft. The next one will have a long shaft with an outboard bracket.
