Basic Rig Setup

Hi,

I am new to Wafarers and I have recently bought W7786 (built around 1984). From the colour scheme and condition, the sails are the original ones so I have bought some new cruising sails from Rooster. I expected to get some kind of tuning sheet but there was nothing.

Can anyone give me some advice on rig tention, mast rake etc.
