Agreed. It is braked weight. However, it is uphill I have problems, not slowing downhill. My point is that recommended towing wieghts by car manufacturers don’t tell all the story.
I’ve also heard that some manfacturers give advice assuming the car will only have a driver, no passengers or gear.
Isn’t noseweight also a problem for some?
