I am aware of the move towards an ISAF compliant rule format and it is something that I support fully. I am also very appreciative of the efforts of those involved in the move. My question is really just, where are we at the moment? There was a proposal at the AGM (minutes yet to be published) and as far as I understood, spinnaker numbers would become optional and RYA/ISAF measurers should be able to undertake sail measurement.
Is that the case?
