Ah I would be a little more hesitant regarding adverse weather if I cleated. I dont cleat either genoa or main with aft sheet in a fresh breeze. I hold the main in the same hand as the tiller and can let it slip easily.
When it’s that windy I have to let them spill in a gust at a moment’s notice.
