The 2017 UKWA Cruising Conference was held at Notts County Sailing Club back in March. An excellent turnout, and we were fortunate to have sunshine on both days, with just a touch of frost at night to remind us that it was still early in the season.
Thank you for the feedback forms that were completed – these are much appreciated, not least so that we can make next year’s event even better! The plan for 2018 is to concentrate on the aspects of cruising which happen when the boat is still, or almost so – things like mooring, anchoring, tents, food etc.
