Wayfarer Mark 1 A

Ex club Wayfarer, 1980s GRP good condition, little used, well looked after. Set up for cruising with an Aeroluff Spars furling/reefing jib set up (carbon fibre spar) and mainsail with two reefs and through boom slab reefing – really easy and quick. Also has a sail head floatation bag sown into a specially made pocket – again by aeroluff. Has an outboard bracket on transom and a new Harken mainsheet block and new main sheet and specific jib sheet (Aeroluff again!). It has a paddle, new bruce anchor with new chain and rode. Tiller and rudder varnished six coats this year. Fitted with a topping lift which partially acts as a lazy jack and makes sailing under jib or motor very easy especially solo as you don’t have to lower the boom with the mainsail and have it spilling on the deck. Forward sealable bulkhead storage and rear buoyancy can be accessed for extra storage. Efficient whale bilge pump. Wooden side benches, floor boards and overall mast-up cover which has seen some very high winds and never comes off. Included in sale is a combi road trailer and launch trolley with new ball hitch on trailer and new wheel/tyres on trolley (trailer /troley can be seen in pics with inflatable sitting on it (inflatable is also for sale by separate negotiation).
